Lilac Llamas with template

Let the Flower Safari continue:

First, came the Dandy "dandelion" Lions,
Now, we're inviting Lilac Llamas to play.

I've been just thrilled to have our lilac bushes in bloom and filled our house with vase after vase; but, I find I can't stay too serious  --- my imagination quickly turns to creating with kids ... and our animal parade continues.

Why not take a Lilac Llama on a picnic, today?

Ours are for a Garden Party but, these are a perfect side-by-side or "invitation to play" project, too.

All you'll need is:

Card stock or Cardboard
Coloring (or painting instruments)
Glue (optional)

Make them big, small, Mommies, Daddies...

Embellish: Add paper saddles, ponchos  --- how about a sombrero?

If you're like me, then I'm sure the ideas summer creating is wonderful when it's simple and I love the chance to work with objects from nature. I'd absolutely love to see what you do with this tutorial and idea
