Weekend Round up

Hi and Happy Friday!

Sometimes it's all about simplicity, right? No need for grandness, perfection or sets of rules -- enjoyment is already in front of you, ready to be "picked."

These types of projects are often my favorites and come wrapped in the right kind of memories, too. It's been a week of places, spaces and faces, along with lots of work and busy family times --- and just not enough time finish what I'd like; but, rather than skipping the week all together, I realised that maybe you need simple, too. Rather than sweating the days that have passed between us, today I wanted to stop in to say hello, let you know that I've been thinking of you and send you off into the weekend with wishes for a wonderful one.

Follow the flower trail to bring a little simple project into your weekend and some interesting things that have caught my attention this week...

If you're looking for simple creativity, flowers and foliage aren't just for arranging, make faces. Have you ever tried? It's amazingly fun and satisfying.

A walk and a talk while creating -- perfection!
